A Pretty Day And A Prettier Lunch
Met some friends for lunch at Agrodolce today. Agrodolce is in the heart of downtown, on George Street down from the Revs stadium. They're right beneath the Codo apartment buildings.
It was a beautiful day downtown so we were able to sit outside along the bustling street.
Their menu is interesting, fresh, and eclectic. It features a great mix of things not commonly found in many York restaurants. They make all of their food in-house, including their breads and pastas. Yum.
Our table split a few things. First was the Nicoise Salad which had fresh pepper seared tuna, baby frisee lettuce, potatos, and olives, among other delicious things, topped with a beet vinagrette.
Next was one of their wood-oven pizzas, margherita style. Also great.

Now I want to go back for dinner, which I hear is equally tasty.
Maybe we'll check them out again for the "Rev, White, and Blues" on Monday.
More photos of this and other downtown adventures on our flickr.
